I came upon this tasty treat and I thought that I would share it with you!!ENJOY
Strawberry ice cream sandwiches

Makes 12

8 egg yolks

1 1.3 cups sugar

2 cups milk

2 cups pitted strawberries, diced

2 cups cream

waffle cookies for serving

Place eggs and sugar in a saucepan.

Mix well.

Add milk and heat up.

Don’t let it boil.

Stir the mixture until it thickens.

This takes about 10 minutes.

Cool.

Add strawberries and cream.

Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze.

Serve between two waffle cookies.

I went on a mother/daughter date this past Saturday. It was certainly filled with fun and meeting exciting people. My mother wanted to take me to a store in Charlottesville that she thought that I would enjoy. I was inspired by the art work of Mexican sculptures and creative woodwork. The lady brought me over and showed me a bag made out of condoms. After I looked skeptically at the bag she told me about Condom Plus. I must say at first I didn't think that I would get the word out to other people, but then I decided that people should know about this. It's a cool idea and it informs people...mainly teenagers that are involved in unsafe sex.

We aren't going back to High School during sex education, but this is very important.

Condom Plus is a plus in promoting condoms.



Innovation by creativity- this is the slogan of a new move on condom promotion started recently in Africa. It was started by Meinolf Kuper and Dorthe Pedersen. Please help get the word out and become aware. http://www.condomplus.org

It lets the product talk. It is condom talk.
For teens and adults.
It is an excellent idea for offering a gift to friends
and colleagues – with long lasting remembrance.
It is the cool feeling of not hiding away condoms.

keeping or using a condom is nothing wrong with.
It cares of one’s reproductive health: in preventing
sexually transmittable diseases and unwanted pregnancy.

One day I'm living in New York and then the next day I am back in the deserted town of Harrisonburg Virginia.The town of boredom.The town of JMU. Approximately 44015 people, which is a big difference from New York City.I had the brilliant plan that I would come back home for the summer, instead of baring the manic life of New York. Now I am kind of regretting it. I haven't been able to find a job yet since Ive been home and I miss my friends back in NYC. I am determined to find ways to keep myself busy, but hopefully I will get a job in the meantime.

But now....I shall dress up like this with Cecilia.
I laugh at myself, thinking that no one is going to be able to guess what Cecilia and I are going to be dressed up as, but it gives me a good laugh and a chance to pretend to be a model.
